Requirements
Ensuring professional service and immaculate presentation of the venue
Having good knowledge of wines and other beverages
Leading, growing, and developing the next lot of superstar hospitality professionals
Managing restaurant bookings via our online booking system
Overseeing and directing restaurant staff across multiple areas, including the bar.
Adhering to all Health and Safety regulations
Ordering Stock
Creating staff rosters
The required skills and experience for this role include:
Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager
The ability to work well under pressure and multitask
A current RSA
Exceptional Customer Service
An Approved Managers Certificate or the willingness to obtain one
Available to work flexible hours
