Requirements
The Full-time Panel Beater role includes the following tasks and duties:
Vehicle strips and rebuilds
Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
General repairs and rectification work
Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels following repair procedures
Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
Repair dents on damaged vehicles using fillers
Filing, grinding, and sanding the body of the vehicle to restore to pre-accident condition
Re-fit and align all parts
Realign chassis and body frames
Working with fibre glass
Qualifications or Requirements
Ability to work independently in a time and safe manner and in a team from time to time
Qualified panel beater with at least 3 years' experience
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Experience with panel beating on a variety of vehicle brands and models
Prestige vehicle experience – such as Mercedes, BMW would be highly regarded
Understanding of workplace health and safety
Positive and motivated
Salary Range $58,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation - commensurate to skill set and experience.
