Construction

• Build and assemble components that form structural elements such as frames, supports, thresholds and fixtures.

 • Install, fit and secure doors, windows, frames, mouldings, cladding, boards and finishes in line with design specifications. 

• Construct sub structures and frameworks, including flooring support systems and wall partitions. • Inspect and assess existing structures or components, performing adjustment, maintenance or repair work as required.

 • Use carpentry tools, power equipment and hand tools safely and responsibly. • Maintain a clean, organised and hazard free work environment at all times.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to plan work sequences and meet project deadlines. • Follow workplace health, safety and environmental policies, including proper handling and storage of materials.

• Report progress, issues and material needs to supervisors or project leads. Requirement: • Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification. 

• At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.

• Able to prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and manage multiple carpenter assignments efficiently. 

• Positive, proactive, and committed to quality workmanship.

Position: Full Time Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
