• Carry out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair order to vehicle, manufacturer and dealership requirements and report to Workshop Foreman/Controller of any delays or inability to achieve the required outcome

• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest of quality at all times, in line with dealer and manufacture guidelines and standard repair time where possible

• Be familiar with, and maintain knowledge of manufacturer literature, Technical Service and Warranty bulletins and repair procedures as outlined

• Posess good understanding of current vehicle mechanical systems including electrical, transmission and safety control systems

• Ensure accurate clocking for each job line on repair order – including retail, warranty and internal

• Maintain a sound knowledge of all dealership products and services

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current trade qualifications as a motor mechanics / diesel mechanic

• The ability to work in a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong technical and diagnostic skills

• Experience with one or more of our brands will be highly regarded

Salary
